This unique role combines expertise in data visualisation with a user-centric design approach. You will be responsible for creating clear, informative, and engaging visualisations that enhance the user experience across our products and platforms.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Engineers to understand user needs and translate data into compelling visualisations.
  • Design and develop a variety of visualisations, including charts, graphs, maps, and infographics.
  • Ensure visualisations are clear, concise, and aesthetically pleasing, following design best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct user research and testing to evaluate the effectiveness of visualisations and iterate on designs based on feedback.
  • Apply user experience (UX) principles to design interfaces that are intuitive, easy to use, and promote user engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in data visualisation and UX design.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data visualisation and information design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of visualisation styles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional visualisations.
