Annual salary: up to 28000.00Renewals Coordinator Location: BasingstokeContract: Office based Full time 12 month fixed term contract RoleSalary up to 28000 per annumWe are currently recruiting for a Renewals Coordinator to work alongside our Property Retentions team in Basingstoke. This role is focused on agreeing commercially advantageous rental reviews with landlords and lettings agents in line with the rental market & government indexes. Youll manage negotiations & the administration of processing the reviews from start to finish and ensure expectations are managed with professionalism and clarity.Youll be responsible for maintaining a clear audit trail of decisions managing your workload efficiently and ensuring all services meet contractual and performance targets. Collaboration is key - youll work closely with colleagues partners contractors and suppliers to deliver a seamless service.
