The Bear is situated on the main street of one of the most desirable villages to live in Surrey and has a reputation for fanatastic food and service.We are looking for someone who has experience running food-lead premium businesses - you should be used to working with fresh food be passionate about delivering a phenomenal guest experience and above all else be people centric - The Bear gets plenty of visitors who come for a meal although it is of course a village pub - so the General Manager needs to be able to wow the locals as much as those who drive and dine This is a live out role and fresh food experience is essential.Running a Pub for Youngs:We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual andso we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stampon our businesses.
