With continued demand and innovation across their product range, they are hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to lead technical delivery on new and existing mission-critical systems.About the RoleYou will be a key contributor to the architecture, requirements capture, design, verification, and documentation of bespoke and secure systems. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help define solutions for both new product development and existing defence programmes. This is a hands-on role that also requires strategic involvement across system architecture, verification, and cross-functional collaboration.QualificationsBSc / MSc in Engineering or equivalent experience.Must be a British citizen or eligible for UK SC clearance.Required Skills5+ years’ experience in a similar systems engineering role.Strong experience across the full product development lifecycle.Ability to lead and deliver on system architecture, requirements, integration & verification.Confident in producing high-quality documentation and system-level design artefacts.Preferred SkillsExperience with Systems Engineering, System Architecture, RF Systems, Datalinks, Verification, Requirements Capture, Secure Communications.SC ClearedPay range and compensation packageSalary: £60,000–£65,000 + bonusBenefits include:25 days holiday (+ ability to purchase more)PensionLife coverHybrid working: 3 days onsite / 2 remote40-hour working weekOpportunities to work on high-impact, nationally significant projectsTo be considered: Please either apply through this advert or email me directly at kelly.harvey@searchability.com.
