Join Legal & General Asset Management (LGAM) in Cardiff as a Third Party Dealing Specialist where youll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of client orders across our pooled investment fund range. This is a dynamic opportunity to work at the heart of our Client Service Operations collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environmentInsert introduction here (Recruiter to remove guidance before publishing)What youll be doing:Executing and peer reviewing client orders for LGIMs pooled fund rangeMonitoring inbound dashboards and managing scheduled order uploadsFacilitating repairs and reconciliation of outbound unit dealing workflowsSigning off order completion and releasing settlement proceeds to investors and external fund managersCoordinating fund administration tasks including data management and reportingDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with clients and service providers working closely with relevant parties to ensure service provision supports teams objectives/goalsManaging day-to-day queries to ensure accurate transactions and excellent customer serviceMaintaining task lists as necessary and ensure procedural enhancements are implemented and communicated to team members as required. Continuously review controls to ensure in line with current business processesQualifications : Who were looking for:Strong technical experience in unit dealing and client order managementIn depth understanding of key Investment Management activities including excellent understanding of fund management and investment operations processes and instruments including Transfer Agency Fund Accounting Cash Management Settlements and CustodyAbility to follow procedures and manage risk effectivelyAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilitiesCollaborative and personalised approach to service commitment delivery and continuous improvementSelf-assured networking across Front Office Distribution & Operations environmentsClear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skillsEvidence of effective working relationships with stakeholdersWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
