We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join the team at BFI Riverfront our vibrant restaurant and bar in the hottest spot on the Southbank with spectacular views of Waterloo Bridge and the Thames.13.00 per hour approx. 3.50 per hour in service chargeFull-time position (30 hours per week)The role requires weekend availability with working hours from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM dailyAbout the Host/Hostess role:Day to day managing of guest relations providing excellent customer serviceWelcoming day visitors and guests to the venueIncoming and outgoing telephone enquiresRestaurant and bar reservations and enquiriesWorking alongside the senior management team to ensure smooth running of the venuePreferred qualifications:Experience with OpenTable and DesignMyNight systemsA warm engaging personality and a professional demeanorWillingness to assist the front-of-house team when neededAdditional Information : Benugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees.
