The Role
We are looking for a Chief Engineer whose responsibility will be to promote and develop world-class Smart Factory solutions for our clients across Life Sciences and Consumer Products sectors. This individual should have experience of taking clients on their Smart Factory journey from demonstrating the need and value of Industry 4.0 solutions, supporting sales team, architecting solutions, working with delivery teams to build the right offering.
You will be a proven and energetic pre-sales leader and Smart Factory architect with a visible passion for the solutions we deliver, capable of inspiring our clients and our delivery teams and convincing others to support you to achieve your objectives.

Work Experience
- 8+ years of experience of having handled different client organisations, business lines & environments. Advanced / Fluent English.
- 8+ years of experience in engineering, with client facing experience in a solutions architecture, technical consulting, or presales engineering role
- Prior experience of architecting & developing smart factory software solutions in business processes
- Platform level / major system Architect
- Deep understanding of product development, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes
- Solid understanding the smart factory concepts, practices, and procedures. OEE, Assembly, Part, Bill of Materials, Workflow Process, Release to Manufacturing, Revise, Change Management, Product Structure, Process Management, Customization, Logistics, Supply Chain
- Demonstrable relationships with Senior Clients up to CXO Level
- Experience of working with near-shore and offshore engineering centres
- A detailed knowledge of the Life and science and Consumer Products sectors
- A developed understanding of project planning, budgeting and financial management.
- Expertise on 2 of 4 major ISV platforms(Siemens, PTC, Dassault Systems, AVEVA) is required
- Leading complex and high value engagements in a Delivery or Engineering role, through life, from pre-sales to closure
