Customer Service Advisor French Speaking£26,000NormantonThe purpose of this position is to support the business with all customer enquiries. The role will require the successful individual to be fluent in French both written and verbal.This role is French speaking working with the European marketDuties IncludeYou will use your experience working with customers to ensure full service is supported.Be the first point of contact with all customer enquiriesWork as a team to ensure all KPI’s and company performance is supported.Dealing with product-related issues with specialist after-sales knowledgeReceive, input and follow up of quotes, process sales orders – as requiredObtain feedback on lost enquiries to improve our performance and offering – as requiredEnsure customers are aware of progress and issues are dealt withPrepare and issue progress reports to customersImprove customer experienceCollecting customer feedback and market research to enhance the customer experience for future businessRequirementsHighly proficient in spoken and written French.Experienced in sales/customer service/administrationWillingness to learnConfident telephone mannerExcellent interpersonal skills, team player.Organised, able to multitask and problem solve while working with pace.Natural, pleasant and confident attitude.Customer Service is a specialist division here at Venatu Recruitment Group.
