Driver Hire Gatwick are looking to hire Dustcart Loaders in the Horsham area. You will be a part of a small team assisting with loading bins at the back of a dustcart. This would be the ideal for the perfect candidate

The job Role:

• Assist the driver in navigating routes and operating the dustcart
• Collect and load waste and recyclables into the dustcart
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and the public

What is required:

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
• Live within a 10-mile radius of Crawley
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Previous experience in waste management or a similar role is a plus
