Job DescriptionCorporate and Commercial Solicitor 4 Years PQE Salary: Location: London Greater Responsibility & Entrepreneurial Client BaseAre you an ambitious Corporate and Commercial Solicitor ready to take greater ownership of your work and build meaningful relationships with entrepreneurial business owners Our client an established London law firm with over 25 years of excellence is expanding their Corporate & Commercial team and seeking a skilled solicitor to play a key role in their growth.This is an opportunity to work with a senior team that values initiative strategic thinking and a human approach to practice advising ambitious clients on the deals and decisions that shape their businesses.About the RoleAs a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor youll manage a diverse portfolio of company commercial matters working directly with business owners directors and entrepreneurs to deliver clear practical legal advice.
