Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Lincoln, LN1 Salary: £40,000-£47,000 Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm Barker Ross is currently recruiting for Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for our client specialising in products for agriculture, horticulture, forestry, amenities, and landscaping. Based just out of Lincoln, this is a permanent position. Job Description: You need to be passionate and motivated with an eye for detail; able to both manage projects and data, whilst being 'hands-on-tools' when the role requires: * Maintain equipment to optimal standards. Ensure all machinery and equipment are kept in peak condition, and document through diligent planned preventive maintenance (PPM) systems * Swiftly address faults and breakdowns and respond to production requests. Employ fault-finding techniques to promptly resolve issues and provide engineering assistance, communicating effectively with affected parties, and work efficiently to rectify problems * Minimize breakdowns and seek improvements. Keep equipment in good working order, identify opportunities to reduce downtime costs, and upkeep planned maintenance program * Plan for machinery downtime.
