Quantity Surveyor

Estco NI Ltd is a renowned company who specialise in the construction of bespoke residential homes and small scale commercial projects within Ballymena and the surrounding areas. Having recently been awarded several new contracts we are looking for a Surveyor to bolster our team. The Role: Analysing construction drawings and other documents to determine labour, material and subcontractor requirements and prepare packages of work. Assist in the tendering process by preparing take-off's for pricing purposes, sending out enquiries to the supply chain and building up a tender. Working closely with project & site managers. Site measures and valuations on live projects. Valuation and reporting of variations to contracts. Project costing reporting. Attend/participate in site progress meetings. Candidate At least 2 years experience in Estimating / Quantity Surveying role within a main contracting company. ICT skills to include sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Articulate and proactive. A full driving license.
