Buying Administrator / Buyer SupportWe are pleased to be recruiting for a Buying Administrator / Buyer Support operator to join an established and reputable manufacturing company based in the NG15 area of Nottinghamshire on an ongoing temp basis with the opportunity to progress. Your shift pattern would be:

  • Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm
  • Friday 8am to 1pm

The successful Buying Administrator / Buyer Support Operator will:

  • Strong Team player
  • Good knowledge of all MS office applications, specifically excel to an advanced level.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Confident and well organised
  • Proactive and able to multitask.
  • Drive and determination to succeed.
  • Strong and confident communication and customer liaison skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills, methodical worker with high level attention to details.

Your duties as a Buying Administrator / Buyer Support Operator will:

  • To support the Buyers and Purchasing Manager in pursuing business objectives
  • To implement and maintain appropriate monitoring procedures to validate supplier performance
  • To ensure that Purchase orders are accurate to avoid invoice queries
  • To ensure that sufficient material is available in the supply chain via use of forecasts issued to suppliers

You will receive:
