Our long-standing client, a highly respected organisation known for stability and excellent staff retention, is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineer who enjoys leading from the front and driving continuous improvement. As Maintenance Team Leader, youll oversee a small team of multi-skilled Engineers, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for coordinating workloads, mentoring team members, and supporting operational departments to minimise downtime and keep equipment running at peak performance. Maintenance Team Leader Benefits: £56,368 Shift cover premium Pension matched up to 10% (20% all in). 24 days holiday. Cycle to work. Discounted products. Access to health and dental services. Focus on safe working practices. Site performance and KPIs. Planned and preventive maintenance logs. Improvement projects. Assist with breakdowns. Driving performance of the engineering team. Maintenance Team Leader Requirements include: Recognised engineering qualifications. (NVQ Level 3 as minimum). Electrical qualifications would be a bonus. Supervisory experience (Advantageous). Apprentice trained. FMCG experience. Knowledge around pneumatics. Knowledge with packaging machinery (advantageous). Please apply find out more about this fantastic role.
