Job DescriptionManagement AccountantCrawley (Hybrid)£55,000 – £60,000 + car allowance & bonusAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant to join a dynamic and growing finance team, based near Crawley. This varied role offers exposure across multiple entities within a group structure, providing excellent experience in consolidation, financial reporting, and process improvement.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Financial Controller and CFO, assisting with month-end close, group consolidation, and management reporting while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the preparation and group consolidation of monthly management accountsEnsure all journals, accruals, and reconciliations are completed accurately and on timeMaintain the fixed asset registerPerform detailed variance analysis, providing commentary on key metricsMaintain intercompany balance sheet reconciliations and monitor intercompany tradingPrepare VAT returns and reconcile VAT accountsSupport payroll postings, pensions uploads, and payroll reconciliationsSupport the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processIdentify and implement process and reporting improvements
