A bit about the role Ballinska Heights is a general needs scheme. As a Caretaker you will be responsible for the cleaning of all communal areas in the apartment buildings and to act in a neighbourly and friendly fashion to tenants of the scheme and their visitors. Youll have previous experience working as a Cleaner/Caretaker in a paid or voluntary working environment.
