Fixed Term to 31/08/202636 Hours Per Week 41 Weeks Per YearBand EWere seeking a compassionate and reliable Student Support Hub Lead - Behaviour professional to join our pastoral and behaviour team.Youll work closely with students who need emotional behavioural or relational support to thrive in school. Whether supervising in our intervention rooms de-escalating in corridors or supporting reintegration plans youll be at the heart of our inclusive and relational care system.This is an ideal role for someone with emotional intelligence strong boundaries and a deep belief in pupil potential.
