The Senior Engineering Project Manager job we have available is with a rapidly growing technology company that develop critical electronics systems for companies that make next-gen robotics, advanced microcontrollers and market leading semiconductors.


They have seen the desire for their products rise rapidly over the last 5 years which meant that last year their turnover exceeded $1B.


We are looking for an Senior Engineering Project Manager with electronics project experience to join their custom power supply design team based in Worthing, UK.


Senior Engineering Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global product development projects, mentoring teams to success.
  • Set team goals, oversee budgets, and manage project risks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customers to create innovative solutions.
  • Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and improve product development processes.
  • Partner with manufacturing to enhance product quality and cost-efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in electronics engineering or similar.
  • Proven experience leading projects from concept to manufacture.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Agile experience or PMI certification is a plus.
