Maintenance Planner

Location: Hindlow, UK

Salary: £40,000 + 6% Bonus

Join our client as a Maintenance Planner at their Hindlow site, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of plant operations.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of the maintenance team, you will:

  • Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Optimize resources, parts, and manpower for smooth project execution.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and long-term project planning.
  • Oversee the site's SAP PM system, becoming the go-to expert.
  • Track performance metrics, ensuring alignment with goals and budget.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in maintenance planning or scheduling (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access); SAP experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
