You'll manage staff, review work, streamline processes and guide clients on complex accounting and tax matters. This role offers real influence in shaping how the practice grows. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team Review and sign off accounts, corporation tax, VAT, self-assessment and bookkeeping Ensure technical accuracy and adherence to best practice Allocate workflow, monitor deadlines and uphold quality Support clients through advisory meetings and technical queries Drive process improvements across the practice Oversee cashflow forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling where needed Contribute to strategic planning and operational development Required Skills & Experience
