Are you an Electronic Engineer looking to progress your career by stepping up into a Team Lead role? This position involves assisting in the growth and development of a team while playing a vital role in a highly technical environment within a well-established organization.

In this role, you will be involved in the design and development of electronic products, including new product implementation and research to remain at the forefront of the industry. You will also receive support to lead a design team and progress your career.

The Role:
- Monday - Friday, 38.5 hours
- Hybrid working: in office and working from home (2-3 days per week)
- Design and development of electronic and power products
- Leading a small team of engineers

The Person:
- Electronic engineering background
- Design experience
- A degree in Electronic Engineering or related field is highly beneficial.
