About the Role:
An award-winning family law team seeks a motivated solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join its team in Guildford.
The role involves handling a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, pre-nuptial agreements, child arrangements, mediation, and cohabitation disputes. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced partners and associates in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of family law matters with supervision.
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex cases.
- Engaging in client care, ensuring high service standards.
- Contributing to business development through marketing initiatives.
About You:
- 1-3 years PQE with family law experience.
- Strong knowledge of divorce, financial disputes, and child law.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Confident in drafting legal documents and using case management systems.
