This leading international law firm are seeking an experienced, senior Bid Manager to lead their high-performing bid function.  This newly created role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape bid strategy, guide a talented team, and make a real impact within a high-performing firm. This hybrid role can be based from the Liverpool or Manchester city centre offices - you'll spend 50% of your time in the office and 50% working from home. In this senior/lead role, you’ll take ownership of the firm’s bid pipeline and content library, ensuring best practice and consistency across all submissions.  You’ll lead, coach and develop a team of Bid Managers while personally project-managing major tenders, including NHS and wider public sector frameworks. You should have: A career background in law firms / legal sector, with a solid understanding of how legal services are procured and delivered.
