Premier Education are working with a wonderful primary school in Bolton seeking a dedicated SENDCo to cover a long-term absence, with the possibility of extension. About the role: * Overseeing and coordinating provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) * Supporting teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching * Leading and contributing to EHCP processes and liaising with external agencies * Monitoring pupil progress and maintaining accurate SEND records * Working closely with SLT and class teachers to ensure all learners thrive What we’re looking for: * Qualified SENDCo (or working towards it) or experience in a SENDCo role * Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Previous experience as a SENDCo or Inclusion Lead within a primary school Why work through Premier Education: * Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience and responsibilities) * Dedicated local consultant (former teacher) to support you throughout your placement * PAYE * Ongoing opportunities for longer-term or permanent ...
