As the Group Operational Excellence Manager you will work alongside all Culina Group business units and stakeholders to create our Operational Excellence framework reporting to the Group Operational Excellence Director.You will be instrumental in the creation of tools that allow the assessment of current organisational capabilities and improvement areas. The Group Operational Excellence Manager is also responsible for supporting the businesses to deliver their improvement targets; you will be the main point of contact for all sites for generating updating and tracking improvement plans.This pivotal role will shape the future of Culina Group on the road towards oneCulina - where we are driven by excellence and continuous improvement.Key Duties of the Group Operational Excellence Manager:Framework Development: Design and implement the Operational Excellence framework ensuring alignment with group strategy and compliance standards.Capability Assessment: Develop tools and methodologies to evaluate current organisational capabilities and identify improvement opportunities.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units and site leaders to embed OE principles and support improvement initiatives.Performance Tracking: Establish systems for generating updating and monitoring improvement plans across all sites.Drive Best Practice: Act as the subject matter expert for OE promoting best practices and driving cultural change toward operational excellence.Drive for Enterprise Excellence Expand Excellence into all areas of the organisation promote a culture change (top down) and a capability improvement (bottom up) levelling up colleagues and managers alike fostering sustainable growth  Qualifications : Strong understanding of Operational Excellence principlesKnowledge of compliance frameworks and governance processes.Ability to design and implement assessment tools and performance metrics.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel BI tools).Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyExperience in training and coaching teams on OE principles.Additional Information : As part of our drive to make Culina Group a great place to work.
