Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a global food manufacturer to recruit a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Sheffield.Salary: £55,000 with shift allowanceShifts: continental shift patternBenefits:Discretionary Bonus Scheme:Death in Service:11% PensionOur client is looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer  with the ability to train others effectively, excellent communication skills and has a  passion for excellence and the tenacity to deliver in a challenging environmentThe main objective of the Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer is to provide a comprehensive breakdown, planned / preventative maintenance and continuous improvement service. Other duties include:Undertake risk assessments and write permits for external contractorsAnalyse losses/data and planning improvements through the Maintenance PlannerEnsure effective maintenance is planned and executedUnderstand PM criticality and score for assigned areaUpdate SAP Source and order spares through lead tech/plannerLead BDA process on biggest losses in an areaSupport and coach operatorsRaise and complete Tags with and without operator involvementWe would like to speak with Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers with the following skills/experience:NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds ONC qualification or equivalent in electrical engineeringUnderstanding of electrical wiring regulations IEE 17th EditionFully multi-skilled and competent  in both electrical and mechanical maintenance Experience of PLC fault finding within an FMCG environmentContinuous improvement mindset and ability to utilise tools such as FMECA, SMED, RCA, PDCAStrong training skills - training operatorsApply now or for a confidential discussion about this Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer role, please call Jake Shaw or Beth Roberts
