We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual who is looking to take that next step in their digital marketing career. You will continue to develop and learn with us, making an active contribution in the success of various pan European digital platform projects & activities.
Working across multiple teams and offices throughout Europe, you will place a key role in the continued evolution of digital within the business to support commercial goals, whilst working towards your own personal career growth and development. If this sounds like you, then we would love you to apply for our role to join our Marketing team. The position will be a hybrid / office based; and there may be a requirement to travel within Europe.

Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team working as part of a busy multinational business at our European Head Office in Manchester.
We will give you first-hand access, and training to our systems and platforms with the view that you will become an integral part of our digital team. You will enjoy working closely with our commercial teams, local offices, OneIT and development teams to help deliver our web vision and to offer guidance and support on digital evolution & best practice. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
· Support the digital teams and developers to manage the development backlog and define and requirements
· Writing user stories and acceptance criteria for Business as Usual and project work
· UAT, documentation and release sign off for Business as Usual and project work
· Support the business with the creation, delivery of pan European rollout of new content, updates, features and projects within the CMS platforms
· Project management and delivery of smaller scale tasks and projects including rollouts to all European territories
· Reporting and analysis of the sites to highlight opportunities and areas of improvement (PDCA)
· Ensuring compliance with EU and business guidelines including GDPR
Main Responsibilities
· You will be eager to work in a digital environment and want to learn and challenge yourself every day.
· Work with the team (internal/ external / onshore / offshore) to help define project scope, project documentation, user stories, development estimates and plans to ensure activities can be delivered
· Be the advocate and the educator on digital best practices and processes throughout the whole company - with a specific focus on CMS page build, support and training
· Monitoring and supporting all local offices digital performance
· Working with the Digital Marketing team, commercial teams and local offices to develop & implement initiatives to support Pan European strategy and roadmap
· Working with UX team (internal and external) on site improvements / features
· Support the UX lead with identification of site wide improvements
· Create pages and upload copy and assets to the CMS system – and support adoption and localisation throughout Europe
· Support the business in a multitude of digital marketing tasks as and when necessary
· CRM support – including campaign testing, set up, training & reporting
Requirements:
· Self-motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic
· A keen eye for detail
· An interest in a range of digital topics such as CMS/ SEO/ GA/ UX/ Analytics / CRO/ AI
· Willingness to learn
· Excellent communication skills
· Problem-solving skills
