We’re hiring Join a global Tier One supplier in the automotive industry as a Key Account Manager for Diesel Products in the UK & Eire.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive and develop sales of Diesel products to meet budgeted targets.
  • Support growth in revenues and market share across all distribution channels.
  • Manage key commercial accounts, ensuring targets for revenue, profitability, and financial KPIs are met.
  • Conduct proactive, regular face-to-face reviews with strategic accounts and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit bids for new requests, including fleet and national projects.
  • Collaborate with distributors and support field sales activities, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Work closely with internal teams to implement the go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain distributor segmentation and price strategy.
  • Build strong relationships at all levels within the business and ensure clear communication of promotions and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.


What we’re looking for


  • Sales/Business School Degree (Associate Degree)
  • 7+ experience in Automotive Industry
  • Strong knowledge of Aftermarket business: Customers, products, competition & distribution channels
  • UKIAM Aftermarket knowledge
  • Diesel Systems and Product knowledge
  • Experience in dealing with Key UK Diesel Distributors, UK buying groups and customers
  • Recognized qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair
