Colnbrook, Slough

Full-time, Permanent

Our client is a market-leading joinery specialist who creates bespoke cabinetry, furniture, and premium bespoke kitchens. They have an excellent opportunity for a sprayer assistant to join a growing team. They manufacture everything in-house at their workshop (SL3) where this role will be based.

Key tasks:

  • Sand and clean surfaces to prepare for staining and painting
  • Apply undercoats
  • Conducting quality checks – ensuring high standards
  • Maintain and clean spraying equipment regularly
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have 2+ years’ experience in workshop producing joinery, furniture or similar
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible, with a good eye for detail
  • Work across multiple jobs at once if required
  • Experience working on high end residential projects is a bonus
  • Permanent UK residence with good English language skills

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift (6am – 3pm)
  • Overtime/Saturdays (not guaranteed but often available)

Must have a valid CSCS card
