Our client is a B2B tech company in the retail financing space. Due to expansion, they are seeking their first Proposition Consultant.

As a Proposition Consultant, your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of the strategic propositions. This position demands in-depth knowledge of their market, clientele, and the variety of services and technology products they provide. You will be critical in performing market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and developing personas, use cases, and value propositions to shape their product and service offerings.

Working closely with key stakeholders, you will establish a clear strategy and take ownership of KPIs to monitor and enhance the proposition's success.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aligned with our vision and mission.
  • Own and manage a set of KPIs to monitor and enhance the success of our propositions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to define key customer personas for our proposition roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and align on a clear strategy for our key propositions.
  • "Manage prioritized roadmaps and backlogs with clearly defined stakeholder benefits that are aligned with strategic objectives."
  • Work closely with delivery and product teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring solutions are designed to meet user needs.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for new products and services
  • Continuously iterate and innovate, fostering a culture of problem-solving to address challenges and capitalise on opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments throughout the onboarding process and provide support to enhance client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in product / proposition management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of product / proposition development and the customer journey.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
