Night Porter

As Night Porter you will be the main point of contact during the night and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running and security of the hotel overnight. This varied position requires a hands-on approach excellent customer service skills and the ability to respond effectively to any situation.The responsibility.     Provide a friendly and professional welcome to guests during night-time check-ins and check-outs    Carry out regular security and safety checks throughout the premises    Manage and respond to any emergency situations in line with hotel procedures    Perform general cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness in public areas    Provide bar service to guests in accordance with licensing laws    Complete reception duties including taking bookings and handling enquiries    Prepare for the following days operations as instructed by managementQualifications : Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essentialStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and remain calm under pressureTrustworthy professional and well-presented Flexibility to work nights weekends and public holidaysBasic IT skills for using hotel booking systemsThis is a 28 hours per week role involving night shifts between 21:00 and 06:00 Additional Information : Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:Reward Recognition and OpportunitiesFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
