Facilities Cleaner

Job DescriptionRenishaw are currently seeking to recruit a Cleaner to work at our Wotton-under-Edge facility.The Cleaners role is to work as part of a team to provide a cleaning service to the business which maintains high standards of cleanliness with respect to technical and cosmetic finishes in our production and office environments.Hours 6am - 2:30pm Monday - Thursday 6am - 12pm Friday.The key outputs and deliverables of the role are as followsCleaning hard and soft finished floors to maintain the required quality standardsUsing industrial cleaning equipment in applicable cleaning applicationsMaking effective use of equipment and cleaning materials at all timesQualifications and expertiseAll applicants are required to have good literacy and numeracy skills necessary with regard to following work schedule instructions and addition cleaning product information and equipment operating instructions need to be understood and followed explicitly.Although not essential it is desirable if applicants have some previous knowledge of factory and office cleaning techniques and any use of associated equipment would be an advantage. Full training will be given regardless of previous expertise.Person specificationThe successful applicants will have a good health record and be physically fit as operation of the equipment and the nature of the job can be physically demanding.
