This long established, London law firm has a new opportunity for a corporate commercial solicitor to join its thriving team.

You will be part of an expanding law firm with an excellent reputation. The firm is under strong management, and you will work alongside colleagues that have a perfect blend of experience. The role:

You will include working very closely with the HOD on a mixed caseload of company commercial matters. Typical duties will include:

  • Drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements
  • M&A
  • Commercial contracts,
  • Some IP and start-up matters

We are inviting applications from those who: 

  • Are UK qualified solicitor, with 1 or more years of PQE 
  • Have recent and relevant experience handling corporate & commercial matters
  • Be a skilled practitioner, with client facing skills and a commercial approach to your work

The firm has a good culture with desirable work/life balance. This is a 9-5 culture with plenty of support, modern technology and a big focus on working from home.

The team is very busy with new instructions and there is now an opportunity for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join the existing team.
