One of the Middle East's top hospitality groups is looking to hire a General Manager to open a high-end French restaurant in the international city of Jeddah. The opening is the first in a substantial period of growth planned for the group. Full relocation services are provided as part of this role.


We are looking for a charismatic candidate with impeccable standards, able to lead the team from the front, setting the tone for colleagues, and building relationships with guests. The position will work closely with the group’s directors in the pre-opening process of the business. The restaurant has a prime central location and will attract a discerning international clientele.

The restaurant will offer a high-end brasserie menu, and the ideal candidate for this role is someone with a track record working in French cuisine, who is looking to experience working in a new country, or someone looking to grow with an international growing group as they expand. The group is privately-owned and extremely well-funded, with a number of top talent from around the globe having already moved to work for them.


Saudi Arabia is a rapidly growing, luxury market and fast becoming increasingly international.
