The process includes interviews group tasks and presentations.About the role: This 12-month placement offers practical experience in our Commercial sales teams designed for students seeking to develop core commercial skills in a challenging FMCG environment. Youll work alongside experienced Account Managers supporting key customer accounts in our Off trade team (major retailers and grocery stores). Youll gain exposure to sales strategy data analysis and customer relationship management contributing to real business projects and learning how commercial decisions affect business growth.High-achieving performers may be fast-tracked to apply for our Commercial Sales Graduate Programme upon completion of your degree providing a clear pathway to further career development within Carlsberg Britvic.Role Responsibilities:Upload and manage promotional activity in internal systems ensuring accuracy and timely executionSupport the setup and tracking of rebates investments and promotional spendManage invoices rebates and promotional tracking supporting audit processesTurn data into actionable insights to support commercial decision-makingPrepare sales materials and presentations for internal and customer meetingsMaintain business plan trackers and update commercial documentationParticipate in select customer meetings to observe and support account management processesYou will thrive by gaining exposure to real business challenges where your initiative and innovative thinking will help you develop practical solutions.
