Youll be at the forefront of launching and optimising our new Learning Experience Platform (LXP) ensuring every colleague has access to the tools resources and career pathways to support their growth and success.If youre passionate about learning digital transformation and creating inclusive development experiences wed love to hear from you.What youll be doing:Leading the design and delivery of people development and digital learning strategies aligned to future workforce needsEmbedding a culture of continuous learning capability development and career mobility across the organisationDriving the rollout and adoption of our new Learning Experience Platform to enable personalised learning journeysDeveloping blended learning strategies that are inclusive data-driven and scalablePartnering with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and co-create targeted development solutionsCollaborating with internal teams and external providers to ensure high-quality learning provisionEstablishing metrics to measure learning effectiveness digital adoption and impactManaging and empowering a high-performing team of People Consultants and Digital Learning professionalsQualifications : Who were looking for:Proven experience in leading people or organisational development strategies in complex environmentsStrong understanding of career development frameworks adult learning principles and digital learning trendsSkilled at influencing senior stakeholders and building collaborative relationships across functionsExperience implementing and managing digital learning platforms such as LXPs or LMSsAbility to use data and insights to inform decisions and measure learning impactExtensive facilitation experience with a focus on psychological safety and adaptabilityStrategic thinker with a user-centred approach and a passion for innovationCommitment to diversity equity and inclusion in all aspects of people developmentWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
