Are you a seasoned Learning & Development professional with a passion for driving employee growth and organisational success? If so, Iconic Resourcing have an exciting opportunity for an L&D Specialist to join our client on a fixed-term contract (12-18 months) to help shape the future of their workforce.


​As the L&D Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing learning strategies that align with the company’s next phase of growth. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will support technical and developmental training, manage budgets, and ensure that our training efforts are effective and impactful.Key Re

  • r with business leaders to identify technical training needs and source suitable training providers.Collab
  • orate with HR to ensure comprehensive role profiles are in place for performance measurement.Suppor

e’re Looking For:Proven

  • experience as an L&D Specialist with strong knowledge of learning and development methods and tools, including e-learning platforms.Manufa
  • cturing or Engineering experience.Experi
  • ence in rolling out L&D strategies.Profic
  • iency in competency frameworks, leadership development and succession planning.Excell
  • ent communication skills and the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organisation.
