Outsourcing Associate Director – Real Estate – Top 10 Firm – City of London

Are you a Property Finance specialist looking for a new challenge at a Top 10 accountancy practice? Are you an Outsourcing Senior Manager with a forte in the Property sector looking for a great work-life balance? Our client is a Top 10 practice with award-winning progression pathways, a diverse client base and inclusive culture. With 5,000 staff operating from over 30 UK based offices, they have a global reach, offering their staff overseas secondment opportunities and exposure to an international client base.

Responsibilities:
  1. Promoting the Outsourcing business through networking and active promotional activities within and outside the firm
  2. Driving new service opportunities across a portfolio of Real Estate clients across various asset classes
  3. Supporting the team in the high-quality provision of timely information for completion of annual statutory compliance
  4. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing a substantial client portfolio
Requirements:
  1. Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
  2. Have over 4 years’ post-qualified experience
  3. Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of management accounts clients
  4. Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
  5. Preferably have working knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks and Sage
  6. Have experience of onboarding new clients including preparing proposals and providing training
  7. Ideally have strong knowledge of the range of cloud accounting software and associated Apps
  8. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of, or passion for, the Real Estate sector
