We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Family Liaison and Admissions Officer to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will: Act as the first point of contact for prospective admissions and placement enquiries, guiding families through every stage of the process with professionalism and care. Lead on the coordination and delivery of autism-specific admissions and transition procedures, ensuring smooth and supportive experiences for learners and their families. Build and sustain positive relationships with parents, carers, and wider stakeholders, enhancing engagement and communication across our community. Monitor and evaluate learner experiences, presenting outcomes and next steps to key forums to inform ongoing improvement.
