The role is for a showroom assistant whowill be responsible for thefollowing;

·       Respondto customer calls andemails

·       Managecustomer enquiries and appointments in theshowroom

·       Schedulecustomer appointments for showroom/homevisit

·       Updatecustomer records on customer managementsystem

The member of staff will be working alonein the showroom, so they will need to be 18 or over. The hours willbe 9.15 – 16:00 on Saturdays, with some opportunities foradditional work on weekdays from time totime.
