This is a rare opportunity to work with exquisite pieces and discerning clients in an elegant, client-focused environment.About the RoleAs a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of the boutique - welcoming clients, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll have the chance to build lasting client relationships and contribute directly to the success of a prestigious luxury brand.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage warmly and confidently with clients, offering a consultative and personalised serviceDevelop strong, long-term relationships and a loyal client baseAchieve and exceed personal and store sales targetsMaintain the highest standards of presentation and professionalism within the boutiqueSupport the day-to-day running of the showroom, including stock management and visual displayAbout YouPrevious experience in luxury or fine jewellery sales is highly desirableProven background in face-to-face sales - you thrive on building rapport and closing salesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA self-starter who enjoys exceeding expectations and creating memorable customer experiencesWell-presented, professional, and passionate about luxury productsWhat's on OfferCompetitive base salary of £27,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience and backgroundSupportive, elegant working environment with a close-knit teamOpportunities for professional growth within a respected name in the luxury retail spaceIf you're a confident communicator with a love for beautiful things and a natural flair for sales, we'd love to hear from you.
