Healthxchange proudly partner with award-winning brands including Obagi Medical Medik8 Jan Marini and Jane Iredale to strategically commercialise their products in market. We currently supply over 9000 clinics with a full range of products (Skincare Injectables Energy-based devices) and services (software & education) to support their 360 business needs. The company offers a dynamic environment for innovation and growth within the medical aesthetic space.About the role: As Senior Brand Manager you will take full ownership of the strategy planning and execution for two key areas of our portfolio:Devices including cutting-edge technologies from skin analysis to advanced treatment solutionsJane Iredale the skincare makeup brand trusted for use immediately post-procedureYou will collaborate closely with Sales and Education teams to develop omni-channel brand plans that drive awareness generate leads and convert to sales. Your role will require you to demonstrate commercial viability of your proposals secure budget approvals and manage stakeholder communications to ensure seamless implementation and performance evaluation. You will be supported by our Marketing Activation team which includes specialists across Creative CRM Paid Media Digital PR Communications and Advocacy.Responsibilities:Develop own and articulate a full omni-channel brand strategy for Devices and Jane Iredale aligned with commercial targets and long-term brand visionLead cross-functional collaboration with Sales Education and Commercial teams to build and execute integrated 360 marketing plansDeliver detailed briefs for internal teams (Creative Digital PR etc.) ensuring timely and high-quality executionMonitor and analyse KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness applying insights to optimise future activationsBuild business cases to secure budgets prioritising initiatives based on strategic impact revenue targets and ROIPlan and execute across all relevant channels including digital (web social email SEO PPC) experiential (events partnerships) and traditional (print PR influencer marketing) leveraging both in-house and agency resourcesRepresent the brand at key marketing events ensuring consistent messaging and meaningful engagement with stakeholders partners and customersManage coach and develop Marketing Executive Requirements: Essential: Minimum 5 years marketing experiencePassionate about the aesthetics industryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organised detail oriented and accurateCreative self-starterAble to meet deadlines and prioritisePositive attitudeHigh integrityResults oriented Commercial awarenessExcellent analytical skillsTeam management experienceDesirable:B2B ExperiencePrint and PoS ExperienceCopyright experienceGoogle Analytics/Adwords certificateBenefits:Company pension annual performance bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (and increasing with service) staff discount staff social events access to Health Assured EAP.
