The Role: Lead, Win, and Grow

As a Senior Quantitative Research Director with ability to hands on build segmentations, conduct maxdiffs and ideally conjoints, your primary focus will be winning new clients, leading impactful projects, and delivering exceptional work. You will ensure the achievement of financial and strategic goals, secure repeat business, attract new clients, and maintain excitement for what they do.

You will be part of a Director-level only team, where you will leverage your expertise in complex statistical analysis to create strategic recommendations from data. Your role will involve working independently and as part of a small global team, being hands-on with all aspects of the work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Management: Win new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Project Leadership: Lead large-scale strategic consulting projects and quant-centric projects such as segmentations and demand spaces.
  • Hands-On Involvement: Engage in every aspect of the work, from data analytics and modelling to creating strategic recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a small, global team of senior directors.
  • Expertise Utilisation: Leverage your expertise in complex statistical analysis to drive successful outcomes.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Develop and deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on quantitative data.
