Description

The key responsibilities for the Receptionist role are:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Phone and Email Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails, providing accurate information or redirecting as necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing schedules.
  • Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Mail and Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; coordinate outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, including setting up audiovisual equipment and refreshments.
