Project Buyer required. Our client is a well-established and growing electronics manufacturer based in Rubery, Birmingham who supply the automotive markets. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Project Buyer to join the team.Project Buyer Position OverviewPurchasing of materials and components accordance with specified quality and delivery requirements.Liaising with other departments and suppliers for all matters related to procurementWorking with suppliers to identify performance improvements.Attend Project meetings as and when requiredLiaise closely with the engineering team and creating BOMsPrepare purchase orders Project Buyer Position RequirementsProven background within a procurement role, in an engineering, automotive or electronics industryBased in a commutable distance of Rubery, BirminghamProcurement qualifications such as CIPS is desirableStrong communication and negotiation skills Project Buyer Position RemunerationCompetitive salaryMonday to Friday, full-time, permanent position.Holiday allowance and pensionBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
