SALES MANAGER / VALUER– Residential Estate Agency

Location: Chislehurst, BR7

Salary: OTE £60k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager / Valuer with a comprehensive knowledge of the residential property industry to join a vibrant modern company.

The perfect candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic and energetic; you will have an excellent track record in Estate Agency, be capable of winning new business, be a superb lister and business builder and understand customer service and the importance of retaining clients. You will be proactive, articulate, well-spoken and well presented.

The role will ideally suit a candidate who is already an AssistantSales Manager but an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator, who is ready for promotion may also be considered.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Manager / Valuer role will include:
