About the Role

We are seeking ambitious Mid-Senior level Recruitment Consultants who are passionate about the Automotive industry. If you have a strong candidate network, in-depth industry knowledge, and a proven track record of building successful client relationships, this role offers the perfect platform to advance your career.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your comprehensive understanding of the Automotive sector to attract and place top talent across a range of roles (from technicians to senior management).
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Leverage your extensive candidate network to build talent pipelines, ensuring prompt delivery to meet client demands.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, advising clients on market conditions to help them stay ahead of the competition.


Required Skills

  • Experience: A proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the Automotive sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: A thorough understanding of Automotive roles and client needs, with a focus on delivery and growth.
  • Networking: A strong candidate and client network within the Automotive industry.
  • Client Relationships: Demonstrable ability to manage and grow key client accounts, providing exceptional service.
