Contentious Probate Locum – Somerset

We are seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Locum to join a well-regarded law firm based in Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to take on a rewarding role with flexibility and competitive remuneration.

The Role:

  • Manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters
  • Work closely with clients, providing expert legal advice and support
  • Opportunity to work full-time or part-time, depending on your availability
  • Handle cases related to will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, and challenges or defences involving estates
  • Offer specialist advice on disputes involving trustee actions, deputyship matters, financial abuse, and professional negligence claims

  • Duration: Initially 3 months, with the potential for extension
  • Location: Office based in Somerset with hybrid working available for the right candidate
  • Hours: Flexible – full-time and part-time options available
