Line Leaders Wanted In MinworthLogistics People are looking for Line Leaders to join our team.Location: Minworth, Integrated Packing Services (IPS)Working Hours:Monday - Friday 05:30 -14:00Shifts AvailablePay rate: £12.64 - £13.34 P/hrPosition: Line LeaderAs a Line Leader for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:Operate packing machinery and production lines.Manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standardsEffectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets.Ensure the final product meets client specifications (SPI).Effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure the plan is met on an hourly/daily basis.Adhere to and promote best practices in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations.Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.Any other reasonable tasks, as per the Shift Manager's requestExperience working on a production line or in a similar roleOrganizational and leadership abilities.Problem-solving skillsAttention to detailPrevious experience working as a Production Line Leader in a food or FMCG environment is desirable but not essential.What are the benefits of working for Logistics People?24/7 on-site supportCareer progression opportunitiesModern FacilitiesGreat Rates of PayDON’T BE SHY APPLY – SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION TODAYClick to Apply OR Email us your CV To
