Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association in Greater Manchester to recruit for a Multi-Skilled Joiner on a temporary to permanent basis.
As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Joiner.
The duties will include:
- Disrepairs repairs on tenanted social housing properties
- Carry out all aspects of joinery
- Multi-skill of basic tiling, patch plastering & push-fit plumbing
- Use a PDA system to receive and update jobs
- Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
- Must have own hand tools
Essential Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent
- Driving Licence (van provided)
